Yes. You must complete membership registration through our reservation system and receive approval from our company before using the salon.
If you plan to work through spot work, you must also separately register as a HOGUGU therapist with HOGUGU Technologies Inc., which requires a screening process.

Open flames, including moxibustion, incense and candles, are prohibited. Strong-smelling services such as mugwort steaming and nail services, and equipment requiring a power supply such as HIFU or hair-removal machines, are also prohibited.

Scented products are subject to the salon's restrictions. Please confirm permission before bringing any aroma product; incense remains prohibited because it involves fire.

Non-electric tools such as gua sha and Tok Sen are not subject to the restriction on electrical equipment.

Activities that may cause inconvenience to other users, neighboring residents, or other tenants in the building are prohibited.

Religious activities, multi-level marketing, the sale of informational products, solicitation or proselytizing activities, and similar activities are also prohibited.

If you would like to sell other products at the salon, please contact us in advance for more information.

Before leaving the salon, please clean and disinfect the treatment bed and any equipment you used, and return all moved equipment to its original position.

Please leave the room in a clean, ready-to-use condition so that the next user can begin their treatment immediately.

A separately specified re-cleaning fee may be charged if cleaning is inadequate or moved items are not returned to their original positions. If the problem is not corrected, use of the facility may be suspended.

Please report any damage or staining to the reception desk or designated staff before leaving the salon.

For any damage or staining that is not caused by the salon, you may be charged the actual costs required to restore the facilities or equipment to their original condition.

If the damage is not reported, additional investigation costs may be charged, and we may file a damage report with the relevant authorities. You may also be held responsible for any business losses resulting from the damage.

Yes. With the same therapist account, you can use features related to hourly rental reservations, monthly rental plans, and spot work.

You can switch between the different services from the menu within the app to check your rental reservations and booking history, as well as spot work earnings and other related information.

No. Rental service features, including hourly rental reservations, monthly rental applications, rental history, and payment history, can be used without linking your HOGUGU ID.

However, if you plan to use spot work, you must complete the required registration and verification process with the HOGUGU management team in advance.

Such actions are strictly prohibited.

In the event of a violation, payment of the following month’s earnings may be withheld, and a contractual penalty may be charged in an amount equal to the higher of twice the amount received or JPY 1,000,000.

In addition, late payment damages at an annual rate of 14.6% may apply.

These provisions remain effective for two years after the therapist leaves HOGUGU.

The following activities are prohibited:

- Medical or medical-like practices
- Sexual or adult entertainment-related activities
- Allowing three or more people to enter the treatment room
- Thrust techniques involving rapid rotation of the cervical spine
- The use of fire, including moxibustion, incense, and candles
- Smoking, eating, or drinking
- Bringing pets into the salon
- Unauthorized photography, video recording, or livestreaming
- Any other activities that violate the salon's rules or regulations

For registered users, routine operational communication is generally handled through LINE. Blocking our LINE account is treated as a refusal to communicate with us or receive our communications, and as withdrawal from the service.

Receipts are expected to be available for issuance through the Therapist App.
