Creating Your First Independent Relaxation Menu: Time, Prices and Venue Details

SALON by HOGUGUの施術ベッドと鏡台 / Treatment bed and dressing table at SALON by HOGUGU

Start with the information clients need to decide

An independent relaxation menu needs more than a list of service names. Help clients understand what they will receive, where, for how long and at what price. If you hire a room around Azabu-Juban and Roppongi, distinguish your wider service area from the address where the appointment actually takes place.

Use the same six fields for each service

Include the service name, actual content, session duration, price and included items, conditions and change or cancellation guidance, and the venue and booking method. Starting with services you can explain clearly can make omissions easier to spot than launching many options at once. It does not guarantee any number of bookings.

Separate session time from the full visit

A 60-minute session may not mean a 60-minute visit. Test your own process for reception, discussion, changing and payment before displaying “session: [minutes]; expected visit: [minutes].” Room rental also needs to cover setup and cleaning. Do not choose attractive numbers first and then force the real process into an unrealistic schedule.

State what the client price includes

Your service price and the fee you pay to hire the room are separate. Explain how towels, supplies, extensions and other applicable items relate to the amount the client will pay. A “from” price can be unclear without its conditions. Decide how to explain the total, extension increments, applicable conditions and payment methods before publishing.

Name the venue and provider accurately

If you use the SALON by HOGUGU rental space, the venue is Room 401, F Plaza, 1-3-8 Azabujuban, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Working around Roppongi does not make this a Roppongi location. Distinguish your own service as the provider from the venue name, and do not present your menu as an official SALON by HOGUGU customer course.

Align the booking and change instructions

Bring together your client booking method, expected response process, confirmation conditions and change contact. Hiring a venue and booking a client’s session are separate procedures. The room cancellation terms do not automatically become the terms for your client service. Follow the venue rules and the arrangements that apply to the service being contracted.

Describe the service without promising outcomes

Do not casually promise to cure shoulder pain or improve lower-back pain. Explain what you actually provide and its purpose. Do not imply qualifications you do not hold or invent supervision or testimonials. Where scope of practice or advertising requires a specific judgment, check with the relevant authority or adviser. Labelling something general information does not automatically settle its legal status.

Read the menu back before publishing

Use a draft framework: “Service: [name]; content: [details]; session: [minutes]; price: [amount]; included items: [list]; venue: [address]; booking and changes: [contact].” Ask whether another reader can identify the amount, venue and booking contact. Venue information was checked on 23 October 2026 against the official rental guide. See also our cost-per-appointment calculation.
