For Therapists near Roppongi: A Rental Salon Packing Checklist

Room5でタオルと持参品を準備する合成イメージ / Illustrative supply preparation

Before travelling to a rental salon, divide your supplies into what the venue provides, what you must bring, and what you must take home afterward. A listed amenity does not automatically mean the exact item and quantity you need will be available.

This practical guide is for therapists working around Roppongi and using a rental salon in Azabu-Juban. Adapt the examples to your service and the venue’s rules.

Check venue supplies before packing

For beds, towels and consumables, check what is included, what costs extra, whether stock needs confirming and how used items should be handled. See our equipment and paid items guide. Confirm quantities and availability for your booking even when an item appears on a facilities list.

Also check whether your own equipment is permitted and whether there are restrictions on placement or use. Do not assume electrical equipment or scented products can be used without checking.

Packing checklist: separate service supplies, used items and admin tools

Session preparation: the towels, workwear and service supplies you need beyond the venue’s confirmed provisions.
Hygiene and reset: cleaning items compatible with venue instructions, separate bags for used supplies and suitable take-home containers where needed.
Client information: booking details, relevant forms, a pen and a device for checking arrival instructions.
Contact and payment: a charged phone, necessary charger and anything required by your payment method.
Personal items: your own change of clothing, drink and travel essentials.

This is a planning list, not a requirement that every therapist bring every item. Avoid duplicating sufficient venue supplies or bringing unnecessary items that make setup and departure harder.

Pack in the order you will use things

Keep booking details and contact information accessible, and group setup supplies in one bag. Plan separation of clean and used items before you arrive. Transport permitted liquids in secure containers.

Carry client forms and records in a way that prevents other users from seeing them. Before leaving, check desks, shelves, under the bed and charging points for anything you brought.

Count quantities by clients and changes between sessions

Calculate towels and other supplies from the number needed per session and what you will replace between clients. Ask about additional paid supplies or requests rather than assuming stock will cover your day.

Include replenishment and cleanup within your room booking. See our setup, session and cleanup time guide for planning.

Use two short checks

Before departure: date, venue, contact details, service essentials and phone charge.
Before leaving the room: cleaning and reset, personal supplies, paperwork, used items and charger.

Saving the checklist on your phone makes it easier to repeat on days with multiple journeys. When coming from Roppongi, keep the actual Azabu-Juban address clear in your client information.

Frequently asked questions

Can I arrive with no supplies if the salon is equipped?
That depends on your service and quantities. Confirm available items, charges, stock and what you must bring before deciding.

Must I take all used towels home?
Venue rental items and your own towels may have different handling rules. Ask about collection, laundering, disposal and any take-home requirements.
