Frequently Asked Questions
Spot Work is a flexible work arrangement where therapists wait at a designated location during our business hours to accept bookings and provide treatments to walk-in or scheduled customers. To participate, you must be registered as a therapist with HOGUGU (HOGUGU Technologies) and have passed the required screening process.
When providing treatments at our salon as a SALON by HOGUGU therapist, you will be covered by the salon’s insurance policy, so you do not need to arrange separate coverage for treatments provided at the salon.
If you leave the salon to provide a HOGUGU mobile treatment, your waiting status at the salon will be canceled.
After completing the mobile treatment, your salon waiting status will not automatically resume due to factors such as travel time. If you return to the salon and wish to start waiting for bookings again, please check with the staff and check in again.
Customer bookings and payments are processed through our designated system. Payments must be made either in advance or at the salon using a cashless payment method. Therapists are prohibited from accepting cash directly from customers.
We deduct the applicable fees and other charges from the amount received from customers. The remaining compensation will be transferred to you according to our designated closing and payment schedule.
Yes. Payment may be temporarily withheld in certain circumstances, such as suspected violations of our terms, cases where deductions may exceed the amount received, or situations where a dispute may arise. Payment will remain on hold until the relevant issue has been resolved.
