These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the conditions and rights and obligations applicable when customers use the relaxation services provided by SALON by HOGUGU, operated by HOGUGU Share Salon Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). By using the Service, you confirm and agree to all of the following provisions. If the Company establishes additional terms, special conditions, notices, a Privacy Policy, usage guides, help content, FAQs, or other policies in connection with the Service, those documents shall also form part of these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Article 1 (Definitions)

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

1. Therapist: a therapist who provides relaxation services at the Facility.
2. Customer: an individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
3. Facility: the SALON by HOGUGU premises operated by the Company, including all treatment spaces, equipment, fixtures, and related physical facilities provided by the Company.
4. Service: the relaxation service operated by the Company under the name SALON by HOGUGU.
5. Treatment Room: a treatment space partitioned by a door, curtain, or similar divider.
6. Treatment Agreement: the agreement concluded between the Company and a Customer regarding treatment services.
7. Treatment Service: the relaxation and body-care service provided to Customers.

Article 2 (Purpose)

1. These Terms set out the rules governing use of the Facility and the Service provided by the Company to Customers.

2. These Terms apply to all Customers who use the Facility and Service. A Customer is deemed to have agreed to these Terms upon using the Facility or Service (i.e., when a booking is made or when check-in procedures are completed on the first visit).

3. Customers must at all times comply with these Terms and the Facility rules set by the Company when using the Facility and Service.

Article 3 (Membership Registration)

1. Customers shall register as members through the booking system provided by the Company in accordance with the Company's designated procedures. The Company shall approve Customers' use of the Service based on the content of their membership registration. The Company may decline to approve a Customer's use of the Service if it determines that such use would be inappropriate. Customers acknowledge in advance that their application may not be approved. Even if the Company does not approve a Customer's use of the Service, the Company bears no liability whatsoever to that Customer and has no obligation to explain its reasons.

2. Customers shall use the Service of their own volition and are deemed to have agreed to comply with the provisions of these Terms upon using the Service.

3. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their registered information. Customers may update, add to, or delete their registered information within the scope necessary to use the Service, and must always maintain accurate records at their own responsibility. The Company bears no liability for any disadvantage a Customer suffers as a result of failing to take the measures set out in this paragraph.

Article 4 (Content and Form of Treatment Services)

1. The Treatment Service consists of relaxation treatments provided by a Therapist to a Customer at the Facility.

2. With respect to the provision of Treatment Services by Therapists through the Service, the Company acts as the contracting party vis-à-vis the Customer.

3. Customers are obligated to accurately disclose their health condition to the Therapist. The Company and the Therapist bear no liability for any damage arising from incomplete or inaccurate disclosure.

4. The Service does not constitute medical treatment or quasi-medical practice as defined under the Act on Practitioners of Anma Massage and Acupuncture (the "Anma Act"). Customers acknowledge in advance that the Treatment Service does not guarantee improvement of any physical condition.

Article 5 (Formation of Treatment Agreement)

1. A booking is confirmed and a Treatment Agreement is formed when the Customer completes the booking procedure through the Service's booking system and the Company approves the booking request. If errors in the booking information prevent the Customer from receiving the Service, or if the Service period is shortened due to late arrival or similar reasons, the Customer shall still pay the full amount of the Service fee.

2. The Service operates on a reservation basis in principle. Walk-in visits without a prior booking are accepted only when a Therapist capable of providing treatment is available. In such cases, the Treatment Agreement is formed when the Customer completes the check-in procedure after arriving.

3. Service fees shall be based on the fee schedule separately presented to Customers by the Company.

Article 6 (Payment)

1. Payment of Service fees shall be made via the Service's booking system or at the Facility counter using credit card, electronic money, or other methods designated by the Company.

2. Customers shall pay the Service fee after the Treatment Agreement is formed and the Treatment Service has been received, in accordance with the payment method set out in the preceding paragraph. However, if a Customer uses a debit card as the payment method in the booking system, the charge may be applied at the time the booking request is submitted. If the Customer cancels after using a debit card, the card issuer will issue a refund at a later date.

Article 7 (Cancellation Policy)

1. The following cancellation fees apply when a Customer cancels a booking:
○ Up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time: Free
○ Between 24 hours and 3 hours before the scheduled booking time: 30%
○ Cancellation less than 3 hours before, no-show, or failure to arrive: 100%

2. If the Company determines that a Customer's cancellation frequency is excessively high and is causing inconvenience to other users, the Company may refuse that Customer's use of the Facility and Service.

3. The rules for cancellation and modification of bookings shall be determined separately by the Company.

Article 8 (Coupons)

1. A "coupon" refers to an electronic voucher that can be applied toward payment of relaxation service fees or cancellation fees within the Service. Customers may use coupons issued by the Company to pay all or part of relaxation service fees or cancellation fees within the Service.

2. Customers may not allow other users or third parties to use their coupons, nor may they lend, transfer, sell, pledge, or otherwise deal with their coupons.

3. Coupons are valid for the period designated by the Company; any unused coupons will expire upon expiry of the validity period.

4. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if a Customer's right to use the Facility and Service is suspended or their membership registration is terminated, any unused coupons held by that Customer will also expire.
